The Residences at the W New York Downtown at 123 Washington Street are located on the 23rdthrough the 56th floors of the luxury hotel in Lower Manhattan. The Residences include 159 unfurnished condominium apartments that have access to all the services of the 216-room hotel, which is located on the 6th through the 22nd floors. Floors 23 through 30 contain 64 condominium apartments furnished by Louise Sunshine’s Sunshine Select Residences.
The building was erected by The Moinian Group in 2010. Starwood Hotels operates the hotel.
The 57-story, sleek and slender tower was designed by Gwathmey Siegel & Associates. Graft Design of Berlin was the interior designer. This mixed-use tower is at the southern edge of the World Trade Center Memorial Site.
